One Injured In North Highway 99 Rollover Crash

A North Escambia man was injured in a single vehicle rollover accident early Wednesday morning near Bratt following a reported domestic disturbance.

Thomas Benjamin Davis, 32, was transported to Atmore Community Hospital by Escambia County EMS following the crash on North Highway 99 about a mile south of Breastworks Road. He was later transported by ambulance to a Pensacola hospital as a trauma alert.

The accident was discovered by a passerby about 2:40 a.m., but it was not immediately clear what time the accident happened.

Davis had reportedly been involved in a possible domestic disturbance less than a half mile away. He lost control of his Chevrolet Colorado, ran off the road and overturned. Davis was found outside the pickup; authorities believe he may have been ejected.

Following the crash, the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office and Atmore Ambulance responded to the possible domestic disturbance where a female refused treatment.

The Walnut Hill Station of Escambia Fire Rescue responded to both incidents.

    i pray that tommy makes it through this but we all know he is a stronge man that will make it through it…and for the ppl who r running there mouth an judging ppl they dont know…Tommy has never been known to hit women and ive known him 16 years…Not everybody is perfect…And mandi was in the line of fire he didnt do it to hurt her purposly….Every relationship has there up and downs…if u dont know tommy and his family then u have no right to judge or talk about anybody,Tommy is a good man and everybody makes mistakes…my prayers r with him and his kids…God Bless them….We love you and are here for you…

    Thanks to everyone for the kind words and prayers for my brother. He is in stable condition in the ICU unit. His wife is also recovering from here injury. @ Sandra… My brother did not beat his wife, they argued yes, but he did not intentionally throw a bottle at her or put his hands on her! I have been with him since I found him at 2:30 this morning, I can promise you he is suffering for his actions…

    I pray that this is a wake up call for both parties…..Tommy is my girls father and They are very upset about all this!! I ALSO PRAY THAT HE MAKES IT OUT AND HAS NOT SUFFERED FROM ANYTHING SERIOUS!! Also….Tommy ain’t the only one at fault here…..There are 2 sides to every story but right now…He ain’t able to tell his side!!

    Hope the guy recovers well and that as soon as he is released, he and his wife get good counsel to resolve thier issues and find better ways to communicate. Thankfully, he didnt crash into innocent people. We are seeing these wrecks nearly everyday. People, please please slow down, drive carefully and buckle up so these needless events stop.

    We just wanted to write and say that we’re prayin for Tommy & his family. We know your strong and can make it through this.. And for people that are on here judging somebody for their wrong doing, look in the mirror nobody’s perfect. His family is needing people to support them and be there for them, not somebody else tryin to bring them down, whenever they have enough on their mind..     i do knw tommy and i am praying for him is mom and sisters r like family to me.. im really sad and the people comment ing on here about what kind of person he is should hush tommy is not seeing this his friends and family are including his wife who i dont know that well but i know she loves him they have a son together its no ones place to judge and none of u are perfect God is the only one who is fit to judge anyone so who do u think u are.. this is a tragedgy and it should be treated as such all humans are Gods creation and he loves us unconditonally … thank u
