I feel so sorry for the victim. but who are we to judge??? Nothing justifies what he’s done, of course. All I’m going to say is: How come he got LIFE in prison when others who kill and rape not only one person but two or three get only some years in prison!… I just don’t get it. P.S. I’m not defending anyone.

As a victim at 3 or 4 I’m not even sure how old I was, I hope this guy never
ever sees the light of day. One of my children was also molested by a relative,
and two of my grand children were fondled by their grandfather.

I don’t know how many men out there have these kinds of dark thoughts and
propensities, but it needs to STOP. We need to NEVER EVER LET THEM OUT.

Maybe when they have court on these GUY’S we SHOULD ALL SHOW UP
TO LET THE JUDGE KNOW HOW WE FEEL.

Put him in prison? But those places are full of criminals. They might hurt him!

He will get what he deserves in prison, hopefully. I have never understood nor will I ever understand how someone could do this to a child. There is something terribly wrong with these people. Unfortunately, prison is a playhouse for most. They have it made. They are not secluded. I think predators and molesters should be castrated and have their hands cut off. This country is too lenient on these people. ” It’s inhumane”, they say! It’s inhumane to sexually assault someone yet the victims are the ones that have to live with it Everyday of their Lives! Sick Sick Sick….

Well at least there’s one of them off the streets!
In my family’s case, after dragging on for over a year-last month our wonderful prosecutor decided to offer a plea (in which we obviously had no say so in) for “Felony Child Abuse”. Of course the child molester accepted, and guess what he got….he has to attend a sex offender class (one session) and probation for 12 months!! Thats it! No registering as a sex offender or anything. There were 3 victims in my case, me being one of them. Since the scumbag is my sisters husband, naturally, it has destroyed our family (because she obviously chooses to believe her husband over her sister and 2 neices).
At least this ONE (out of the thousands) won’t be able to do it again.
All I can say is, if you live in Jay and have a little girl, you better watch her closely around the “favorite uncle”!!!!
