December 23, 2011

A Bogia family has a Christmas light display that is animated to music.

The display is located at 200 Cotton Creek Road, just west of Highway 29 between Bogia Road and Highway 164.  The display is open to the public from dark until 9:00 nightly.

I saw the display last Friday and it was great. The music is upbeat and the lights are fantastic. Way to go Alex!! Every year it gets better and better. Everyone should see what this fine young man does. Thanks.

Please note there is a sign out near the display saying FM 106.9 or something like that.

Tune your radio to that frequency and you will hear the music to which the lights are dancing. It’s low power but you can pick it up while you’re there.
(We stayed through Run, Run Rudolph and a few others

Most nights, the lights will be on after dark until 9:00. The display will be lit until New Years. Thanks everyone for coming by. My family has done this for many years for your family to enjoy!

My mother is activities director at a nursing home and just learned of this display. She took her grandchildren to see it last night. She enjoyed it so much that she wants to take some of the residents to see it. The only problem is the weather is possibly going to be overcast the next two days. Does anyone know how long the lights will be on display for? She was thinking about taking them Monday if the weather is better. The residents would LOVE this!

That’s cool. Thanks for sharing. They have a sign at the end of the road, but I didn’t know what kind of Christmas light display. Great job!!!
