See Lots Of Smoke Outside Sunday?

Many North Escambia residents reported a lot of smoke outdoors Sunday afternoon.
According to the Florida Division of Forestry, there was a 750 acre burn near Munson that was sending smoke toward the area. There was also a 1,000 acre burn on Eglin Air Force Base that might have contributed to the smoky conditions for some.
There were no major brush fires reported in North Escambia Sunday afternoon.

Its funny how for the last two dof was not giving burn authoriztion number. So how are they aloud to burn..
It was my hubby’s smoker…..turkey and ham at our church Christmas meal tonight!

Thanks for the information William! The neighbors and I were starting to get concerned if we should get out all the water hoses and get ready to for the worse. (lol) I really don’t understand why a burn would be permitted with the winds being like they are today?
