I’ve been with frontier phone less than 2 years and already .. phone line out for a week with no word on when it will be working again. Nice to know once my contract is up for the year not to renew with them.

Funny, Cox made an apologized to their customers. Frontier NOTHING!! Iit just shows how little respect they have for the people that pays THEIR wages and makes THEM a profit.

Not only does it affect homes in these areas, but just think about all those businesses out there that can’t function because of Frontiers lack of consideration, and concern.

This is truly one of the most PATHETIC companies ever. For all their poor and shoddy work, they need to be put out of business.

    >>…and this is in the news because?

Tens of thousands of people lost phone and internet service, including, for Cox customers, the ability to call 911. Perhaps hundreds of businesses could not process credit card payments and had their sales cut. The list goes on and on how it affected thousands of people.
