@ Football Mom, Yes there is a NEP football team and yes their field is off Summit and no affiliation with Ensley. What Anonymous is trying to say is that Ensley was to play NEP in the first rounds of the playoffs but NEP didn’t want to so they forfieted that game. It’s my opinion that those boys earned theright to have a chance. They practice hard and received the bumps and bruises. It saddens me that they had to quit. They should have been given the chance to try no matter what the outcome may had been. Fo those who are intrested in scores, stats ans playoff standings the league website is http://www.thegcysa.com/index.htm and you can find them there. and also congrats to the Ensley blue midgets, they have performed very well all season. Great coaching is always a plus…thanks coach Wes and also to my boys a big congrats and Way to go BELLVIEW MIGHTY MITE!!!!!!

There is NEP football also. NEP reestablished their football program a few years ago. Their field is off Summit Blvd. by the airport. It stands for Northeast Pensacola. They are not however affliated with the ball park on 9 mile road. Or if they are, they don’t want to claim it. GO COWBOYS!!!

At Anonymous, if you are going to talk trash about someone please make sure you name them correctly. NEP is the baseball league and Ensley is the football league. There is no affiliation between the two. How childish? And congrats to Cantonment!

Good job to all the kids. This is little league football and a learning experience so to the winners carry on having fun, and to the ones who’s season came to an end, just think on the bright side Christmas is just around the corner.
