My son plays for Tate and is a Senior this year.He has enjoyed all 4 years he has been a part of this football team no matter win or lose because he loves the game. We have a great group of young men playing on this team and the season has just begun so don’t start bashing Rigby and the coaching staff already. We need to show our Aggie spirit and be supportive. I am a graduate of Tate – class of 89 – and we weren’t a strong football team then but I believe Rigby is on the right track to turn this program around. He does a lot of things for these boys behind the scenes that people don’t know about and if you want to learn more come out to the games on Friday nights or join the quarterback club. He never brags on himself but we have had more kids go to college to play football since he took over the program then we had in the last 15 years. I believe the coaches are doing the best they can with what they have to work with. If you want to bash somebody then bash the school board that has allowed kids in the Tate district permission to attend other high schools in the area because the coaches of these other schools are going out and recruiting them. I know for a fact there are 10 kids right now that I can physically call out by name that live in Tate’s district going to other high schools. I say “Let’s Go Aggies” give them something to talk about this season. You can’t take 1 games outcome to determine the whole season and besides this school is a private school from LA with some kids already signed to big colleges. Remember the game is for the kids so let’s support them.
Come on! When will Tate have a true winning season? This is so depressing….Come on Aggies get it together…Coach Rigby is a good coach who cares about Tate and Winning….Listen to him and give him your all…..Lets rebound and go to district and state….Wish I could help coach!!!
The band was awesome!!! By far, the only reason why I was there.
How was the band?
Last night was pretty bad, we got beat in all phases of the game against a team who wanted it more and it showed. What the heck was Rigby thinking scheduling those guys from LA??, it was like a machine came in and did some work on us. I agree 100%, things need to change quick around here cause its starting to get very very bad,
Here we go…..I would like to think attendance was down last night at Tate because of possible weather but I just dont think so. I dont think I am the only TATE SUPPORTER who thinks serious changes need to occur at TATE. It is time for a change, a fresh start. Wake up TATE. I am not blaming or attacking anyone. It is just a change that is long overdue.
