More Rain Possible, Minor Flooding Reported

Portions of the North Escambia area received heavy rainfall Wednesday afternoon. More rain is possible through Friday, but a weak cold front brings much nicer weather for the first weekend of fall.

  • Thursday: Showers and thunderstorms likely. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 86. Southeast wind around 5 mph. Chance of precipitation is 70%.
  • Thursday Night: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 66. South wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
  • Friday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 87. East wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
  • Friday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 65. Calm wind becoming north around 5 mph.
  • Saturday: Sunny, with a high near 86. North wind between 5 and 10 mph.
  • Saturday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 60. North wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
  • Sunday: Sunny, with a high near 86. Calm wind becoming west between 5 and 10 mph.
  • Sunday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers. Partly cloudy, with a low around 66.
  • Monday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Partly sunny, with a high near 85.
