Fire Reported At Jim Allen Elementary

A minor fire was reported Friday morning in the kitchen at Jim Allen Elementary School in Cantonment.

The fire was reported about 7:20 a.m. The fire was out before the first firefighters arrived on scene. There was no major damage reported, and school was held as normal.  There were no injuries reported.

    They were trying to make the food taste better for the kids. by burning the food they figuired the kids wouldnt recoginize the food. lol

    I saw the firetruck this morning when dropping off my daughter glad everything is good. Looking forward to enjoying the carnival today.
