Worse yet is the early morning dark hours on the way to work, or evening
just after dark and all you see are the headlights 5′ off your bumper trying
to get you to DO WHAT on a 2 lane hwy? I slow to so they can go around,
but for some it is just too much fun I guess. One tried to clip me on the front
last week when he went around. Then we came to a light and I was still right
behind him. They get no where faster, what is their point?
Check this guy out on the clerk of courts website. Don’t understand why he still has a license.
There is a red ford extended cab truck that likes to tailgate on community drive in bellview. I’ve seen this person tailgate 2 vehicles this year. This person tailgated me last sunday. I pulled over and let this piece of trash go around. Once they went around they stopped in the middle of the road and held up trafiic for about 2 minutes. The guy stopped behind me got out with a semi-automatic in his hand and started walking toward the truck. The truck then sped off and took a right on to Farris ave……………just in case anyone cares.
Hello Old Marine, I cannot stand to be on a lonely country road and all I see is a grille in my rearview, they will not pass, even on mile long flat straights. I just calmly pull to the side of the road and let them go. I have often wondered is there a gene that causes people to do that. Thank the lord no one was hurt
I slow for tail gaters
Defensive driving is as important as any other part of careful driving. Everyone
needs to slow down and pay attention. Glad everyone just had minor injuries,
vehicles are replaceable and that is why insurance is so important.
