Rain But No Big Storms Tuesday

By Tuesday, a cold front will bring rain, but the National Weather Service says the chance of severe storms in minimal with a chance of just isolated weak thunderstorms.

Here is your official North Escambia area forecast:

  • Monday Night: A 20 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 65. South wind between 5 and 10 mph.
  • Tuesday: A 50 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 78. South wind 5 to 15 mph becoming north. Winds could gust as high as 25 mph.
  • Tuesday Night: A 20 percent chance of rain and thunderstorms before 1am. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 46. North wind between 10 and 15 mph, with gusts as high as 25 mph.
  • Wednesday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 76. North wind around 15 mph, with gusts as high as 20 mph.
  • Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 45. North wind between 5 and 10 mph becoming calm.
  • Thursday: Sunny, with a high near 82. Calm wind becoming east between 5 and 10 mph.
  • Thursday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 52. South wind around 5 mph becoming calm.
  • Friday: Sunny, with a high near 83.
  • Friday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around 58.
  • Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 85.
  • Saturday Night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 61.
  • Sunday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 86.

    That is some range of temps for Tuesday: 78-46 degrees!
