From beautiful babies, cute dogs, arts and crafts, entertainment and plenty of fun, Mayfest 2011 had a little bit of something for everyone Saturday at Tom Byrne Park in Atmore. Hundreds attended the annual event.

    thanks for the article and pics William, the 2 Atmore papers don’t even have it online yet. i always log in to Northescambia first thing everyday for the latest news, because I know it will be here!

    Dear mama…thank you for attending Mayfest…we appreciate your comment about the loudness of the sound system and will do better next year.

    And lisa…Mayfest in Atmore is always held on the first Saturday in May…so please mark your calendar for next year…I’ll send William information closer to the date.

    What day was this on? I didn’t know Atmore even had anything like this or my family would of been there :(

    those speakers where we were sitting in front of for the baby contest was to loud, somebody needs to fix that before next years show. My elderly mother was with us and it hurt her ears, i can only imagine what it did to those poor babies
