May 5, 2011

There were no arrests following a late night manhunt in Molino for a burglary suspect interrupted in the act.

A neighbor called the Escambia County Sheriff’s Office to report the sound of glass breaking and a burglary in progress at a home on Fairground Road between Jahaza and Brickyard roads about 11:05 Tuesday night.

The burglary suspect or suspects fled on foot as deputies arrived a short time later. A brief manhunt ensued, with a K-9 unit attempting to track the suspect.

Deputies were unable to located the suspect, according to Deputy Chris Welborn, spokesperson for the Sheriff’s Office. He said neighbor was unable to provide a physical description of the suspect. There were no arrests in the case as of late Wednesday afternoon.

Our society has come to the time we have to bear arms to protect ourselves on a daily basis.
To big of government, to many people dependent on the govt.
The result is total chaos and total dependency on the govt.
Our judicial system is falling apart due to lack of funds ….. so
we just letm go as fast as they break the law.
Yes bear arms , better yet lets use them .

I have a pretty good idea who it was and the cops didn’t even brother to ask them questions. This was the second time these low lifes have broken into my house..Their watchin when my son leaves the house, and then that when it happend. And it has to be someone my son knows, because my bulldog didn’t mess with them..I just stay under stress, because i dont know whats gonna happen while i’m at work..My neighbors are gonna try to look out for me till i get home at nite.

I have been using guns all my life and will not hesitate to use one to protect myself/my property. Almost everyone here has guns and knows how to use them…pretty stupid to assume they won’t. Or if a car isn’t in the driveway…it could be in the garage, meaning someone is home. Why would anyone rob a house out here and risk getting killed? If I can hit a running squirrel or deer, I can sure hit a bigger closer target!

    ATTENTION MOLINO BURGLAR…

You got lucky the police didn’t nail you, but unlucky if you come into my property. My call will be to the coroner’s office and not the police office. You were in my “Neck of the woods” and you better WATCH OUT!

Come on people. Its to the point we cant go to work with out being robbed, and cant even be safe in our homes. My family has protection in our home, and think just about everyone in there right mind should. So many people are against gun rights, but these days you just about have to have them to feel safe. MOLINO MAN I’m with you. Hope I never run into the situation to have to use it, but I will protect my family and my neighbors. My kids are aware the gun is in the house and weve have brought it to there knowledge they know its bad and never touch it, but they know its there to protect us too. the problem comes to play when kids arent taught never to play and be around it, but that it will protect us if the situation arises. Because if someone has the BALLS to try and rob you 9 times out of 10 they are going to have a weapon on them, and their already breaking the law so they will use it. My husband has always told me if I have to pull the gun in a terrible situation plan on using it or your going to get shot with your own gun. And so many people are not going to agree with me and the way I think but your going to be the ones that lose your family members because of an idiot trying to take what you have worked hard for, beacause they need there DRUGS!!!!!! And I promise you 1 thing that my family will be ready, and hope yours is too. Drug addicts are only getting more desperate and braver.

I hope these “people” try it again and get caught by someone like me… They will be DOA when the cops show up to carry their bodys away from my home.
