Four Homeless After Early AM Molino Mobile Home Fire

Four people were left homeless after early morning fire near Molino.

All occupants were able to escape without injury when fire broke out in the single wide mobile home on Vantage Road, just off Jacks Branch Road, about 12:10 a.m. Friday. A family dog was rescued, but several pet birds in the mobile home were lost.

There was no immediate cause known for the fire; the State Fire Marshal’s Office was called to investigate.

The American Red Cross will assist the family of two adults and two children with temporary shelter for the next few days.

The Molino, Cantonment, McDavid, Ferry Pass and Century stations of Escambia Fire Rescue responded to the blazer, along with Escambia County EMS.

    Mens Pants 36/38 waist 32 Length
    Mens Shirts LG or 1 EX LG
    Shoes Mens Size 12
    The family also needs Bath items and hygiene items….
    The youngest daughter is in my Son’s class at school and he is really wanting to help her so If anyone would like to donate please contact me and I will get the items to the family for you.     I have talked to them off and on all day, they are still shook u by this but they are just glad they are okay! As well as everyone else. I love ya’ll and miss ya’ll and will be praying every second for ya’ll. This was my sister and 2 nieces. God will make sure they are okay. Again I love ya’ll and am so very sorry that this has happened!

    never express the sorrow I feel for any family who looses everything. I know
    when you have lost so much, it is hard hear and remember that your lives
    have been spared.

    God be with you and bring you through this terrible ordeal. As soon as I hear

    glad the people survived. sorry for the loss of the birds, I know you will miss them but atleast your lives were spared. glad you will still have your dog as well.

    Sorry for the loss of your home and your birds, but thank the good lord above; that your family got out safely… These mobile homes seem to burn to the ground in very few minutes…
