Changing lanes at an intersection causes a lot of accidents. Had a deputy do that to me once at that intersection. I almost pulled out in front of him. Just happened to look in my side mirror to check the lane one more time.

I agree, they should yield before crossing but I guess some people are in to big of hurry to want to yield….I hope everyone in the accident is okay…I passed by this accident when the towing truck was there and the car was messed up pretty bad so I hope nobody was seriously injured, it is very scary being in a accident and very hard to forget. PRAYERS ARE SENT UP.

There are accidents at this intersection quite often it seems. I just don’t understand why…
Are the drivers NOT paying attention?
Do they NOT judge the speed of the on-coming traffic?
Do the belive they can make it?
    What is the problem?
    Are drivers being reckless?

It really is crazy…some people have lost their lives at this intersection too. I don’t know that a light would help. Traffic is pretty fast on 29. You’d think people would NOT pull out into it until traffic is clear. Many times, I witness drivers wanting to drive straight through the median. They should yield before crossing over.

I hope those who were injured recover well. It’s scary being in a car accident.
