Sexual Predator Sentenced To Life In Prison

An Escambia County judge has sentenced a Santa Rosa Beach man to life in prison on child sex abuse charges.
Zane Dalton Crowder was sentenced by Judge Jan Shackelford to life in prison for sexual battery upon a child under 12 and a concurrent 25 years in prison for lewd or lascivious molestation upon a child under 12. In the event that he would ever be released from prison, he would be required to remain on life-long sex offender probation.
He was also designated as a sexual predator.
The defendant was a friend of the child’s stepfather, according to the State Attorney’s Office. The abuse occurred when the defendant had been left in charge of the child for brief periods during the summer of 2009. The defendant was remanded into custody after the trial.

The dude is innocent…two witnesses even said (that were at the home) that he didn’t do it. It was drug related and this charge is bogus. It’s racially motivated because the kid is black, and most of the jury were black. The jury didn’t even look at the Doctor, the evidence, witnesses that all pertain to his innocence. There was no sign of trauma, no DNA, no abrasions or vaginal penetration of any kind. This was about a black jury, and a white defendant, with a lying kid workin for the mamma re: drugs and getting even. Don’t worry, God will do right in the end, and the mamma will fry in hell. Video tapes say the the whole thing was staged with three completely different stories that were bogus. A Life Sentence with NO EVIDENCE. The judge needs to be fired,
The biological father and 3 of the 6 jurors fell asleep during testimony. The mother, father, godmother, arresting officer……and the alleged victim…. all gave Contradictive testimony during the trial. No evidence of molestation exists. Check the record. Only hearsay. How many of you commenting were at the trial?

HORRIFIC—SOUNDS GOOD TO ME. NO REASON TO BACK OFF ON THAT COMMENT. FOR JIM W—THAT OLD STORY HAS GONE AROUND FOR YEARS AND IT’S NOT TRUE. HE MAY BE INVOLVED IN FUN AND GAMES AFTER THE LIGHTS GO DOWN LOW. BUT FOR MOST OF THOSE WHO BECOME THE “WIFE” OF ONE OF THE OTHER PRISONERS IT’S BECAUSE THEY WANT TO BE.

Oh and you know how prisoners feel about child predators or child killers. He is probably going to met by a welcoming committe either upon arrival or shortly there after. So be it, he earned it now let him pay for it maybe he will get a taste of what he put these children thru. Sorry no sympathy for a piece of garbage like this.
