Former Molino Resident Dies In Walton County Crash

A former Molino resident died Friday in a single vehicle accident near Paxton in Walton County.

The Florida Highway Patrol said Edward Floyd Thurston, Jr., 50, was westbound on a county road at 1:21 p.m. when he traveled into the path of an eastbound vehicle. When he swerved to avoid a collision, he struck a wooden trash can holder on the roadside with his 1994 Dodge 1500 and lost control. His truck partially overturned.

Thurston was pronounced dead at the scene. The accident remains under investigation by the FHP.

    donna baby i love u with all my heart and hope u and the kids are coping as well as posible.u no i have had my share of tragedys i no what yall are goin thru ill be praying for yall i cant down there cause i have no car but if someone will come get me u no i can stay and help long as u need me love u

    I am so sorry what your going through,Olivia i know what it is like to lose a father i lost mine when i was 14,im here for you if you need anything .

    For all of you people who say call me if you need anything,you mean well but in situations like this most people will never call.It would be better to send a card,make a phone call,go sit with them while they struggle.In other words get proactive and take the iniative to help them.I know I have been on both sides.
