Convicted Sex Offender Busted

A convicted Alabama sex offender that was supposed to living in Flomaton has been arrested after deputies found him living at an address in Canoe, Alabama.
Escambia County (Ala.) Sheriff’s Department deputies found Marvin Earl Kimmons III, 32, living in the 400 block of Canoe Road – not far from Escambia Academy. Kimmons told authorities in January of this year that he was living at 543 Hollywood Drive in Flomaton, according to the Alabama Department of Public Safety.
Kimmons was also charged with possession of a controlled substance and conspiracy to commit a controlled substance crime.
Under Alabama law, sex offenders such as Kimmons are required to notify the state of their latest address at all times. Kimmons was convicted in 2002 of raping a 12-year old female, according to the Alabama Department of Public Safety.

Living right behind Escambia Academy? A registered sex offender that close and doing drugs. Hang him up in that big oak by the school or give him life in prison. They should give the death penalty or atleast life in prison to convicted rapist. Especially a 12 year old. You should have gotten the chair

As for this yahoo, there are certain aspects of human behavior that seem to repeat in certain people. Rampant mind-boggling stupidity being one of them. He seems to be a prime candidate for surrendering his family jewels, voluntary or otherwise.

This is a grown man that at the time of his crime was of age to know right from wrong. He raped a child, served several years in prison and still learned nothing.
He could not even follow a simple rule and register where he lives. Oh! No! He gets out makes,sells and abuses drugs and still messes with girls too young. No lesson learned!! What a pitiful excuse for a pitiful excuse!!!!!!!!

My 2 cents are words I can not use on here!!! This man was 23 when this happened. I have a son this age & he would never ever even look @ a 12 yr old in a sexual way. I was molested as a child (under the age of 12) & nothing was ever done about it…It was 2 family members..But 1 of them brought the subject up when I was 15 yrs old. I couldnt believe it! Again. nothing was done. I have posted on here about my past rapes but this is a SICK SICK CRIME & they really need to keep a better eye on sexual preditors/offenders. He should have done some time for this if he was out & on probation(havent had a chance to look it up) Lock him up & ThROW away the key..Let him know what being raped feels like!!!
This guy should be locked away. A 12 yr old is not old enough to even give consent for sex. The adult should know better and he has to have a problem to even want to mess with a 12 yr old child. He should not even be around our children in the community!!!

I would never admit knowing this guy real well and being okay with the fact he had sex with a 12 year old.
12 means you are a child and children should not have sex and a real man has the ability to say NO and stay away from the 12 year old if she has these kind of issues of wanting to have sex with anyone.
Plain and simple, a real man knows how to be an adult.
It does not matter if the girl consented to having sex with him.She is 12 years old.What is the matter with people who thinks it is ok for a man to have sex with a 12 year old with or with out the girls consent?

i think we need to revise how this system works…”T” makes a good argument…seems as though REAL crimes, i.e., rape, murder, molestation, kidnapping, abuse, etc. get the smaller sentences, whereas drugs will get you years and sometimes even life in prison.
