Our class at Aldersgate United Methodist Church is in it’s sixth year. It also is an ‘At Work/Community’ Class. We meet on Monday evenings – Weigh In is from 6:00 – 6:30 pm, class from 6:30 to 7:00 pm. We run in a series of 10 weeks – $125 for 10 weeks; can be split in two payments of $62.50. (Same weekly cost as Century’s).
(Once you make Lifetime goal and maintain, it’s FREE!)
This is a great program where members learn about healthy eating, moving more, and lifestyle changes.
Good Luck to the Century Meetings! Hope they go well.

Thank you for the information WW.
Mrs. Goodie:
The prepay is for the At Work program. That’s where the instructor comes to a location by request, for a set number of weeks, in this case 12 weeks.
It costs a little bit more than a regular meeting, but is worth the investment of not having to travel and participating in the meeting with your neighbors.
I would be interested, however i am not sure about paying that kind of money in advance.I would like to check it out first before i commit myself to that.Did weight watches not offer the first class for free?Or did that change?
I am glad it’s offered closer to home now.

I was unaware of that; I was told the next nearest was in Pensacola. I’ve made a few adjustments to the article.

I think this is an excellent thing! I do hope people will take advantage of it.
