It was really wet and rainy out and I know because I was by this accident.
All I know is I ran across on my way to town 3 different trucks at three
different places that were horrible on the road. Aggressively trying to shove everyone else around, then running by at breakneck speeds the
first chance they got to pass. On ninety seven there was no where to
pass safely but that didn’t stop the huge new blue truck with two white racing
stripes over the top of the cab, he just barrelled on around with on coming
    cars. Really Scary stuff.
