Numerous Meth Related Arrests Made; Molino Meth Lab Raided

February 22, 2011

Names are expected to be released Wednesday after multiple law enforcement agencies conducted a series of raids and made numerous drug-related arrests across Escambia County Tuesday.

Investigators found an alleged methamphetamine lab during a raid at a home in the 400 block of Molino Road. At least one person was taken into custody at that address. Additional arrests were made across the county, including several residents of Molino and Cantonment.

Another alleged meth lab was raided at the Mayfair Motel on Mobile Highway in Pensacola.

Those arrested will make an initial appearance in state or federal court Wednesday, with most of the charges dealing with conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.

The identities of those arrested and their charges will be made public by federal authorities after the suspects make their initial court appearance Wednesday. NorthEscambia.com will update this story as more information becomes available.

Some people are missing the POINT of these comments, The DEA has been watching this operation for 2 Years!!!! Hello!!! They are the arsonists they are the criminals polluting our streets and themselves with this Toxicity. Meth is no Joke they have blown there own houses up making the stuff to feed there addictions. They have hurt there selves , there loving families, and there friends just to get high. Several of them have been to Rehabilitation, And the Tax payers paid for it! Rehabilitation, is for people who want it, who want to be Clean, Yes they want to be Clean when there sitting in Jail! But when givin’ all the chances in the world to do right, they choose another direction, it looks to me Meth weeds out THE WEAK!

  3. Laughing at the Liars on February 24th, 2011 5:54 pm

I think its FUNNY , how people get on here and down EVERYONE, when most of the people making the comments a USERS THEMSELVES!!!!!!! Its sooooo funny everyone like to report METH users but not the ARSONIST in the community… I know alot of people who put up very good fronts to the community ( teachers, bus drivers, sports moms, PTA moms etc.) but smoking down in the CLOSET.. U KNOW WHO U ARE.. REHABILITATION is the key to there success not locking them away with dope hoping they die, whats that say about you?????????, MY JESUS FORGIVES! and changes are possible , but never trust those close to you b/c 9 times out of 10 THEY ARE HIGH , whether it be on METH, POT, CRACK or their DIET PILLS and ZANAX.. No one high is greater than the other.. And most of these Comments are PEOPLE usng THEMSELVES…

    Sohc
you must have just joined us. lol
THEIR ARE DEFENDERS UP HERE FOR EVERYTHING

They will be here just you wait and see.
Of course some of the defenders are busy right now defending themselves
    against the FEDERAL DEA. LOL

The clean out walk is a good idea. If we could get some back up with
the police or some organization who would protect us it might be different,
but their are laws, and unfortunately they are ALL to protect the criminals
in this town. THEY HAVE MORE RIGHTS THAN WE DO, besides look how
long it took to just do this, TWO YEARS and how many did they get?

Crime Stoppers are a joke, besides some of these people/or relatives are
    too well connected.
CALL THE DEA! I have never called them but I know a woman who believes
in them and she works for the Santa Rosa Sheriffs Office. She is very
nice and probably knows what she is talking about.
It’s worth a try if you have addresses, and tell them what you smell or why
you think there is drug involvement.
MANY know who they are, but if we move alone there’s going to be serious
trouble. These ARE DRUGGIES YOUR TALKING ABOUT, They are not
exactly law abiding citizens and their not going down or leaving without a fight.
BUT A CLEAN OUT WALK is fun to fantisize about. lol
JUST think about watching the druggies tuck their tail and run after they
have been selling death to kids….
I sure would like to see us take back this town from the WHOLE CRIMINAL
    ELEMENT.

    To: its the communities business

Please call Crime Stoppers!!! Thats right around the corner from my house and a community children’s park!!!

Its a shame, I just moved out of Molino because of the lowlifes that are dragging that town down and I moved right back into another meth hood!! Thats awesome. I tell you what, I have had it. All I want is to raise my children in a safe drug free neighborhood. Is that too much to ask?

Don’t even get me started on the ones that are on Medicaid and prescription narcotics. Our tax dollars are paying for these idiots to abuse prescription narcotics and half the time turn around and sell it. Its ridiculous!! These people are ridiculous and the ones that are about to get on here and start defending them are even more ridiculous!!!

  8. Sandra on February 23rd, 2011 3:10 pm

or better than that, throw a couple of Molotov cocktails their way!

  9. James Broel on February 23rd, 2011 1:51 pm

Thanks “SICK & TIRED” for saying what a lot of people are thinking. :) I agree with you 100%!

  14. JUDY MASEK on February 23rd, 2011 9:16 am

i see (in one of the pictures above) a childs red tricycle….now, thats tragic, IF a small child lives there, along w/an active meth lab…..IF that is the case, it would absolutely constitute a child endangerment situation…….according to the DEA agent that spoke to us recently, he was adamant in saying that he DOES NOT negotiate “plea deals” if a minor child is found at a busted meth lab scene…seems like to me (looking from the outside in) that an addicted meth user would be wise to simply choose to STOP and voluntarily sign him/herself into a treatment facility, BEFORE they burn their house down, kill someone or themselves….or get arrested………..its just NOT that hard to figure this out..(unless theyre under the influence, i suppose)

  15. SICK&TIRED of this crap on February 23rd, 2011 9:14 am

ooops I forgot to add that we shouldn’t make negative comments about these GOOD people. sorry :(

  16. SICK&TIRED of this crap on February 23rd, 2011 9:13 am

I agree “Football Mom” ….ok, so they use “draino” so now we have draino taken off the shelf? Butane?
Ok, so WE law abiding people pay the consequences for the NON law abiders?
I am so SICK & TIRED of all these good, nice, people!!!!!!!!
I am sick and tired of being scared, I am sick and tired of hearing about meth being made in MY thats right MYYYYYYYY community, I for one and taking ground, taking MYYYYYYY communtiy BACK!!!!!!!!!
I say take all this TRASH, puttem all in a cell together, give them a 5 gallon bucket of METH and let them enjoy their last hour together!!!
Oh my my my I am SO SICK AND TIRED of this crap, and then lets all sit back and get ready for the DE-FENDERS……they are good people………they are good parents…..they never hurt anyone…………BULL CRAP to all you DE-FENDERS!! come on yall defenders lets us have it, come on tells us what good people these methers are…… let us have it……..good parents too……. yea good….goood………goooood………..GONE!!!!!!!! And then they wanna sit on FACEBOOK and talk about “oh I got Jesus” Jesus is on my side” !! You don’t play with MY Jesus like that you bunch of hyprocritical FOOLS!!!!! My Jesus don’t make METH,. BUT he loves the ones who does.

  17. Football Mom on February 23rd, 2011 8:54 am

I’m sorry missyj but I DO NOT THINK they should stop selling Sudafed. There are some law abiding individuals who actually take the medication for what it is prescribed for. We law abiding citizens have to show ID and wait in a super long line to get the medication that is not just “sitting on the shelf” anymore. NOW as if that’s not punishment enough YOU think they should quit selling it AT ALL????? REALLY????????

  18. well on February 23rd, 2011 8:41 am

Why didn’t the family turn them in before it came to this. Didn’t anyone know about this? Why does something like this go on and on and finally something
is done. How many people have to die on this stuff? I came home the other
day and it smelled like solvents in my kitchen and me and my husband had
    been to town??????
What is going on in this town.?

  19. OMG! on February 23rd, 2011 8:05 am

Wow, you think the robbery of the Molino Pharmacy would have opened their eyes. I guess some people just don’t want anything out of life. It’s sad alot of people work their butts off trying to get what they want out of life, and some people just take life for granted. Hope the punishment will make them turn their lives around. Good Job LEO’s you are making these streets safer everyday. Give yourselves a pat on the back.

  20. sohc on February 23rd, 2011 7:45 am

Josh you won’t hear any of the family members saying anything either way about.

  21. sohc on February 23rd, 2011 7:42 am

I know this people and yes they have done WRONG no doubt and they need to be punished that is the TRUTH but the rest of the family are NOT like this. I don’t know what happened to these kids but they are nothing like the rest.

  22. missyj on February 23rd, 2011 5:39 am

I am not gonna defend any of these people but i know all of them. I am glad I got clean before all this happened. When you are high on meth you don’t care about anybody or anything. We need to do something about this epidemic, like take sudafed off the shelfs. That is the only ingedient people can’t substitute. This is getting out of hand.

  23. cleetus e. mc gille on February 23rd, 2011 5:13 am

hey good job leo’s theres nothin better than hearing of a meth lab bust how ever a person will get more time in prison for driving wiyh out a license, not the cops fault it’s the court,i wish they would send those busted with anything to do with a meth lab, trafficing, even that bath salt junk,to G-BAY and forget them no room for it around here.GO POLICE yee haw

I now understand why a man from that residence would try to rob a drug store with his underware on his head as a mask. He was truly up side down from the meth. Honest Mr police officer I thought I had them on else where and what robery? What a whacked out crew.
I am waiting for someone to try and plea a case for them. There is no defense for this one. So all you people who say we just don’t understand they had such a hard life and so on yes we do understand. I understand they have made a serious choce of being bad and bad people have to be dealt with be that me you or who. So, here is my bit of wisdom on this one “Life does not get better by chance, it gets better by change.” They have be serious changes ahead of them that will be for the rest of their lives. sure thing!

  30. well on February 22nd, 2011 7:36 pm

Now all us hate mongers need to calm down and take notes from Gov Scott and his new prison chief.
You read it here , they feel it’s not good to lock these people up. They just need rehab and direction or smaller sentences.
Lets keep our rose colored glasses on and the world will be fine.
Just leave these folks alone and don’t worry be Happy!!!

Sorry , just tired of all the bleeding heart B S.

  31. JUDY MASEK on February 22nd, 2011 7:34 pm

WAY TO GOOOO!!…our local DEA is doing a super job, with thanks, in great part, going to sheriff morgans assertive efforts…FYI: cottage hill baptist church is going to host another METH/DRUG AWARENESS program for the public in the near future…if you couldnt make it to the first one, i highly recommend that everyone tries to make it to this next one…this serious problem of increased methamphetamine labs in our community affects everyone of us….theyre infesting escambia county like giant cockroaches!

  32. ??? on February 22nd, 2011 7:29 pm

So, these idiots rob a pharmacy with underwear on their head, beat the get away driver up with a 2 liter coke bottle, and now the same residence and some occupants go down in a meth lab bust. Thats just awesome!!! How many chances do these people get??? Oh and let me guess, the criminals and their family still want us to feel sorry for them right?? Mental Institution or Prison – It really doesn’t matter just get these idiots off the streets.

    Gross!!!

  42. JohnMolino on February 22nd, 2011 6:04 pm

    Waitadangminute!
Isn’t this the same residence where underwear man lived when he robbed Scotts Pharmacy? Yeah. I’m almost positive. I used to see these folks driving their truck all crazy around town, blitzed out of their minds and blowing through stop-signs.

Time for the county to just take that house and occupants out of the equation by leveling it as a blight on the community.

    All in say “Aye”

  43. Bill Golden on February 22nd, 2011 6:00 pm

I’m not saying anything. I remember the last time they found a meth lab in Molino. It was run by a loving father in the best neighborhood on the planet, according to the residence of Molino. It was also made clear to me that us law abbiding folks should not judge. We should name this place Egypt. Molino, you are in DE-NILE.

  44. nudo on February 22nd, 2011 5:28 pm

Don’t make any negative comments about these menuses to society. Especially don’t judge them. We have several people who wait a couple days then they tell us were the bad people. They all deserve there 4th or 5th chance. So hit them with kindness it always works.
