    REGARDING:
“how can they show that man shooting at the school board on tv, where is the respect for the victims. sometimes i think the media go too far, they can report without showing video, that shows a lack of respect and taste”

Which victims? Crazy guy with gun was not victim and he didn’t shoot anyone but himself. The video showed what happened without slanting the story to look different from the truth. Further, it was a public meeting. The public should not be excluded from the truth.

    David for the truth
    unless it’s on me

our school board in escambia county florida has gone to the birds. why would you build a new facility in century and then close the school? Are they trying to get everything out of our town. please pray that we can get our schools back in our town. our centurions have a lot of pride. BLACKCAT PRIDE.

i just saw that on news recently, how can they show that man shooting at the school board on tv, where is the respect for the victims. sometimes i think the media go too far, they can report without showing video, that shows a lack of respect and taste for the news stations that showed the video, and why did law enforcement let it be shown?

I’m a former resident of Molino and now reside in the Bay County Area. Please be in prayer for those school board members who went through this tragedy. I attend church w/ 2 of the members and their families and these are honest, stand up men

One member was out of town, and then two additional members had immediate family members hospitalized within minutes of one another.

With only two members left to conduct the meeting (not a quorum as required) the meeting had to be re-scheduled.

None of us wanted to cancel the meeting, but emergencies do happen–even to the School Board

probably due to lack of interest since they did not bother to reschedule another meeting until January 4 2011

must not have much to do .. maybe we don’t need them at all

Heard there was a shooting at a School board meeting in Bay County today. 1-dead. I imagine security concerns are a big part of the reason for the cancellation.
