i have never hit a woman. Those who know my wife as her she will tell you. There is no stalking ,cops lie learn that . As for prior d v one someone driving by minding other people lives like some me you call not knowing there was no charge no one filed . Second was call on me and my brother alot like first . This one she has never said i hit her that i know of i have never hit a woman period . Actually charge was dismissed by judge already .how can you stalk someone 1000 miles away and i do not have her phone number. This is a game played for custody of our son it is a misuse me court system . but all that think the know some thing about he hitting a woman tell if you see something then it is fact .which has never happened ,no facts shut the hell up mind your on life . You can’t look at charge on line and know what is going on if there is a call on you address or you it will allways show on records no matter what was going on even if its just some no body that Calls without a clue . most me you people should stay off of jury you convict with a single shred me proof .

  4. Really Greg!!! on December 12th, 2010 9:10 am

Greg are you serious apperantly you dont know the law to well yourself.. Unless someone actually hits the other spouse no one will be charged with DV… If he never touched her or did anything to harm her or make her fear for her life then they would not an could not charge him with DV.. an whats funny is that 3 different women have had this same problem let me guess its all their fault right. an if scott is such a good guy then why cant he stay outta trouble i mean he was in prision not to long ago an it seems to be a reacurring thing with mr moony… but it is what it is

Greg, your right he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. He hasn’t been convicted of anything because he continues to run and hide from Law Enforcement. Does that sound like an innocent man to you? As far as his charges go, it takes more than just the “word” of his wife. Agg stalking is a felony as well. Sounds like your friends with Mooney. Tell him to man up and tell his side of the story.

Big Chief, I agree, real men should not hit women, and from all I know about this situation, Scott never hit his wife. Just because it is a “Domestic Violence” charge does not mean anyone hit anyone. That is just the way Florida law reads. If your wife or girlfriend got mad at you and you had an argument and she did not want you bothering her she could get a protective order and you would be charged with “Domestic Violence” even though you never touched her. Unfortunately the law is not very specific and covers a wide and general area under Domestic Relations. So everyone should know the facts before passing judgment.

I agree. Scott is a great person. Very likable and has always been kind and polite to me and my family. I meant “this is so sad” because his picture is back up and obviously they are looking for him. I hope it all works out for Scott and he and his son can be together one day.

    Hey Lady,
REAL MEN don’t hit women for ANY reason.

    Nuff said!

It is very sad that a hard working man like Scott has to keep being persecuted by people with limited or no knowledge of the actual facts. Whats even worse is that they give no consideration as to what this does to his daughter and what she must be having to deal with in school. It’s bad enough that these allegations are being made and he has not been convicted of any of these charges. What happened to being innocent until proven guilty. Lets at least get the facts straight. The charges reported in this article are not felony charges but misdemeanors. Look it up. Florida Statutes 2010: Chapter 784, Sec. 784.047 and Sec. 784.048. Also, as of 1:00 AM on Dec. 11, 2010 he was not listed on Gulf Coast Crime Stoppers for anything. I guess the $1,000 reward associated with Crime Stoppers might get someone that doesn’t know any betters attention. Sources and the information they provide should be verified. Scott, wherever you are, just know that there are people that still believe in you.

I think this is sad to see someone as nice as Scot have to be saddled with these kind of charges. If he was stalking it was to see his child. Have you ever heard of a female being charged with domestic violence? They can also do this. If a man is kicked in his groin wouldn’t you consider that domestic violence? Most of the time men have too much compassion for the mother of their children to press charges but I don’t even know if Escambia County Florida would consider charges against a female – only a male. Wake up Law Enforcement and know there isn’t just domestic violence caused by a male. I hope Scot never comes back to this area but one day his child will grow up and they too will know there’s “daddy’s side” too. He is one of the nicest young men I have ever know and has a good family. May God watch over him and help him overcome all this. My prayers are with you and God will intervene in some way.
