Century Care Center Veterans Honored For Service

Veterans at Century Care Center were honored this week for their services and sacrifices. During the program, sponsored by Covenant Hospice, each veteran was presented with a pin and certificate.

    this is so great. i appreciate this ceremony for these patients, sometimes nursing care patients can feel forgotten and this i’m sure brightened their day.

    I am Thankful to all our vets, and we should never forget those who survived combat and the toll that combat will take on them in the golden years. My great-great uncle fought in World War II. He really never spoke much about his experiences to me, but when his mind forgot me, It never forgot combat and the fight to keep us a free nation. Thank u and God Bless You Vets.
