Underage Open House Party Suspect Arrested Again

A 39-year old Century woman is accused of throwing an open house party last month with about two dozen underage teens is back behind bars.
Jennifer Leigh Black, 39, was arrested Tuesday afternoon on an outstanding violation of probation warrant. She is being held in the Escambia County Jail without bond.
Parents told deputies that the teen house parties at Black’s residence included alcohol, drugs and underage sex. Some of the minors at the party were as young as 16. It was the second alleged open house party raided at the woman’s home this year.
At the time she was arrested in September on the open house party charge, Black was on probation on multiple charges, including grand theft, uttering a forged instrument, uttering a forged instrument, and forgery of a check.

It’s amazing to me of the number of people that support this woman and say that no one knows or understands her. What a joke. This woman is bad news not only to her family but many other young people in north Esacmbia county.
If those blinded by this woman for what ever reason would open their minds and eyes they might learn something. As I have said in a previous comment I am related to the Black family and I remember when Jennifer was a respectable person and a good mother, but she has done a 180 for whatever reason. Maybe she thinks she is getting even with her exhusband. Wrong. He is happily enjoying his life without her. As I said all you people that think you know and support her hopefully your children have not been involved with her at her house parties and what alledgedly went on there..

She deserves to be right where she is and hopefully the judge will see fit to incarcerate her for many months, and during this time she will find out that she is wrong and everyone is right that says she is getting what she has earned!

I Agree, she is right where she belongs (Behind the Bars). And yes, she really needs to grow up; so that she can set a good example to goods rather than something bad like this…I swear, some parents just don’t care!!!~

Sounds to me like it’s time for the woman to grow up. She is hurting her kids and in fact all her family and friends. So, this may be a very good thing. It will force her to take the time to hopefully think about all the things she did to get where she is at.
It is probably true that she is not reading this and that her children are. My heart goes out to them and I hope that they see that you can’t do wrong and get by with it. In regards to “just saying” I believe what everyone is saying is that she has for so long tried to be a teenager and do things that kids would do – now it is time to pay the consequences. Usually, as an adult, we learn from our mistakes. Now may be the time for her to learn since she has no bond.

Ok ofcoarse there were bad things going on here, I know that just as everyone else obviously does, but to the comments on the stories I really think everyone should relax, she done wrong and she is obviously being punished for that, she is in jail so obviously she isn’t looking on here to see what you have to say, your not hurting her your hurting the ones that don’t deserve it kids,family,friends,and so on….so I know everyone is entitled to their opinion and that’s ok but how about let’s not tell her to grow up while we are being immature about the situation.

Most commonly it means writing a check without funds to cover that check.
