Record Setting Early Voting Ends
October 31, 2010
Early voting has ended in Escambia County, with 2,107 voters casting ballots on Saturday.
That brought the final early voting total in the county to 16,991 ballots cast — a more than 100 percent increase over the number of early voters in the 2006 general election, according to Escambia County Supervisor of Elections David Stafford.
Polls for the 2010 general election will be open from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. on Tuesday.
