One Injured In Molino Mobile Home Fire

One person was treated for smoke inhalation following a mobile home fire in Molino Saturday night.

The fire was reported about 9:15 p.m. on Phillips Road, a narrow dirt road off Highway 95A across from Highland Baptist Church. The smoke inhalation victim was transported by Escambia County EMS to a Pensacola hospital. The victim’s condition was not available.

The fire was reported to be contained to the kitchen area of the mobile home. The cause of the fire is still under investigation.

The Molino, Cantonment, Walnut Hill, McDavid, Ensley and Century stations of Escambia Fire Rescue were dispatched to the blaze.

    I know a person that lives in one of those homes, And the inside condition is better than the outside. People need to QUIT judgeing things from the outside and instead look to the insdie. Just because something looks bad on the out dosn’t mean it is on the inside.

    I think they are talking about the condition and sanitation INSIDE the homes in the park

    If you mean the condition of the trailer park, you can find that in dozens of places throughout the county. Raggedy homes don’t mean the kids are abused or neglected.

    I hope the resident has somewhere warm and dry to stay during this hard time.

    You sure got that right……….INSPECTION is deff. needed in the trailor park, maybe a call to DCF , the DOG POUND, DRUG investigaotrs, the Health Department, Lord helpem if DCF ever ever went out there.
    100% positve that a bull dozier would be called out!
    Poor kids :(

    the trailers have been there for 100 years it seems….INSPECTION IS NEEDED
