Northview, Freeport To Battle For District Lead

Tonight will be a battle for the top in FHSAA District 1-A as the Northview Chiefs are on the road against the Bulldogs of Freeport. The Chiefs are the only District 1-A team that is undefeated overall, but the Chiefs and the Bulldogs are both 4-0 in district play. Vernon is 4-1 in district play.

The other North Escambia area team in District 1-A is the Jay. The Royals (0-5, 0-4) are hoping for a homecoming win over South Walton.
