No. 1 Ranked Jackson Beat Escambia County’s Blue Devils

Top-ranked Jackson held off the Blue Devils of Escambia County Friday night in Atmore, 28-14.
The game was tied 14-14 at the half, but Jackson (8-0, 6-0) dominate the scoreboard in the second half with a 22-yard TD pass and a 3-yard run.
The Escambia County Blue Devils (5-3, 3-3) will be on the road at Monroe County next Friday night. ECHS must beat Monroe County to make the 4A Region 1 playoff series. Monroe County (1-7, 1-5) is coming off a 37-7 loss Friday night to UMS-Wright.
