    >>.With the boys runners, how does Milton not take first place with 1st, and 4th place finishers in the top five and T.R Miller doesn’t even place?

    Here’s how it was explained to me;

    A teams score is determined by the top 5 runners. If a school does not have 5 runners they can not score as a team. Their runners can still run and place individually.
    Each runner acquires a point for their placement. For example a runner that places 4th will get four points. The team with the least amount points is the winner.
    TR Miller placed 4th, 7th, 9th, 11th, & 16th = 47
    Milton placed 1st, 5th, 8th, 17, &19th =50
    Therefore TR Miller is the winning team.
