Tommy where were you at the contest??? Show up next year and let’s see what you got!!!!!
This is for tommy…..Where were you at the bench contest? You did not even show up to compete…You need to show us what you got or shut up!
Gordon has gotten BIG! As in Fat Albert BIG!!!!!
Steve will win, hands down! I’m not going to argue about it because it’s stupid. Ragan wins! I promise!
Absolutely right, “Kevin”! Steve had dropped to 185, Carl weighs around 300. But stil, Steve told me he’d face Carl no matter what!!!!!! Steve just said wanted certified sanctioned judges. I’ve personally seen Steve Ragan squat 315 pounds 33 times!!!! That was 6 years ago! They don’t call him “Bull” for no reason. I like them both but I’m pulling for Steve! I hate to say it but if there is going to be judges….. Carl? You’re going to lose.
Carl would kill him…Carl just hit a 600 pound squat recently…Ragan can’t touch that…
S. Ragan vs C. Ward in a squat off next year! This will be very interesting to see. Those two men are hard core when it comes to the squat.I don’t know who would win but it will be one hell of a show. Everybody loves the bench press but few people train there legs. Not these two guys. They both are MONSTERS!
>>>>where are the girls results? NHS had their girls team there lifting too.
According to the organizers, the NHS girls did bench, but they did not officially enter the contest. They were not competing, just practicing in a contest setting.
where are the girls results? NHS had their girls team there lifting too.
