    I made these yesterday and they were delicious. My porkchops were a little thicker than called for so by the time I cooked them for 40 minutes they were tender and juicy.

    This sounds good except 400 degrees for 45 minutes seems way too long. I would think they’d be dry as a board. Can someone who used this recipe comment?
