Tropical Storm Warning Issued

The National Hurricane Center has issued a Tropical Storm warning that includes Escambia and Santa Rosa counties.
The entire warning area is from Destin to Intracoastal City, Louisiana.
Tropical Depression 5 has formed in the Gulf of Mexico. The system is expected to make landfall along the north central Gulf Coast by late Wednesday or early Thursday as Tropical Storm Danielle.

If anything, a weak tropical storm would do us all some good. Its hot, and nothing seems to abate it but the wind after the rain, but we barely get any of either now.
Maybe we will get a little rain out of it – it’s been so dry at my house lately. I have not been lucky enough to catch a scattered shower here and there.
