Molino Woman Arrested For Walmart Hit And Run
August 18, 2010
A Molino woman was arrested following a hit and run crash at a Pensacola Walmart.
Elizabeth Ann Santos, 39, of Molino was booked into the Escambia County Jail on charges of leaving the scene of a traffic crash with injuries. She was also ticketed for violation of right of way and careless driving. Santos was released from jail on a $1,000 bond.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, SantosĀ pulled out of the Highway 29 Walmart parking lot onto Hood Drive into the path of a 2005 Chevrolet van driven by Angela D. Culbertson, 36, of Cantonment. After the Monday morning collision, Santos left the scene in her 1998 Ford, according to the FHP.
Culbertson followed, attempting to gt a tag number. Santos continued down Detroit Boulevard and lost control while attempting to turn on Bowman Avenue. Santos left the roadway and collided with several small trees.
Both Culbertson and Santos received minor injuries.

looks like a pleasant lady when she isn’t running
I am not here to judge this woman, but she did make bad judgement on this. It doesn’t matter what reasoning there was or if it wasn’t all that bad of an accident; she chose to leave the scene of the accident, without staying there and calling the law to get a report filled out, so that she could get her mistake fixed. The only reason people run from the law, is when there is something that they are covering up. For instance, maybe already being in trouble with the law already etc… I do hope that she has realized that she made bad judgement here, and will do what is right. Glad to know that everyone involved is still alive…
Liz is a good person. So reserve judgement untill you know the facts.
IF YOU CANT SAY ANYTHING NICE THEN DONT SAY ANYTHING AT ALL. NOBODY KNOWS THE TRUTH BUT HER AND GOD AND WE ARE NOT HERE TO JUDGE SO UNLESS YOU WERE INVOLVED HOW ABOUT NOSE ON FACE !
I totally agree with her baby girl…..I have known this girl all my life…..and this is just not nothing like her!!!!Not sayin what she done was right but…..this is just not my LIZ!!!!
I STRONGLY AGREE WITH HER DAUGHTER!!!
please don’t go judging her if you don’t know her. thanks.
You guys, there really is another side to the story, you really have no idea.
She would NEVER “strike someone with a deadly weapon and leave.”
The first accident she left from, didn’t even make a mark on the car, & the other lady’s had a very small dent.
Just by reading this you can’t go judging her just by this little article that doesn’t even have all that facts.
She is not a loser, she is not an idiot, she is the best mother you could ever ask for.
She knows that she made a very bad decision, & she will pay for the bad choice she made.
OK that was more than a “big mistake”! Maybe the accident was a mistake, but fleeing the scene was an intentional act, a very stupid and dangerous one. And yes everyone has made a “bad decision”, but I doubt many of them involve hit and run. So why should she be given a break?
The only side to the story is that she thought she could run from an accident she was involved in. What other side is there!!!!
I agree there are two sides to every story. But, how many more people could have been injured by her fleeing in the car. Thankfully, it was just trees she smashed into instead of a group of children.
She made a Big mistake give her a break.
I’m sure she’s going thru alot all ready.
Havn’t you ever made a bad decision before..
2- sides to every story!
That picture kind of says it all
I don’t think this loser should have been let out that fast or been granted
such a small bail.
Obviously she is a danger to society because this is a woman who would strike
someone with a deadly weapon and leave.
That is no accident!
Good for Ms. Culbertson doing her own enforcement. Now that “criminal” is caught.
What are people thinking these days??? Oh, I guess their NOT!
What an idiot
