I think Mr. Hawkins neglected to indicate major liabilities to the IRS according to the Clerk of the Courts Website. Seemed strange to me that he didn’t own any property in Escambia County so I looked him up on the clerk’s site and low and behold he has serious IRS trouble and that’s only what’s public.
