Highland 633 Students Attend M-Fuge Camp
July 18, 2010
The Highland Baptist Church 633 Student Ministry recently participated in the M-Fuge Student Camp at North Greenville University in Greenville, South Carolina.
“We took 27 students and adult chaperones. Our students participated each day in ministry projects including children’s ministry, social ministry, games and recreation ministry, painting-cleanup-yard work ministry, and creative ministry. Students were equipped to share their faith, which they did each day. Each day the students and adults participated in worship services and enjoyed various activities as a group. Upon return from camp our students have a renewed heart for serving others in our community with the love of Christ,” said Student Pastor Brad Johnson.
Highland Student Ministry meets each Wednesday night at 6:45pm at Highland Baptist Church, 6240 Hwy 95A North, Molino.

I am a member of Highland Baptist Church and our youth group is wonderful! Listening to what all they done while at camp and how they ministered to the young and old was such a joy to hear! Brad I think you have done a wonderful job and I am so excited that my nephew is not part of your kids. Can’t wait to see what is in store for them next.
HEY BRAD: I’M SO HAPPY THAT YOU ARE STILL AT HIGHLAND. THOSE TRIPS ARE SO MEANINGFUL TO SO MANY PEOPLE. GREAT MEMORIES ARE MADE THAT CAN NEVER BE TAKEN AWAY. I JUST, TODAY, RECEIVED A COMMENT ON FACEBOOK FROM A LADY WHO WAS IN THE YOUTH GROUP AT FIRST BAPTIST , FLOMATON MANY YEARS AGO. NOW, SHE HAS GRANDCHILDREN, IS VERY ACTIVE WITH YOUTH GROUPS AND WAS REPORTING ON A RECENT TRIP. SHE WAS APOLOGIZING FOR GIVING ME FITS WHEN I TRIED TO ROUND THEM UP AND INTO THEIR ROOMS AT BED TIME. GOD BLESS YOUALL.
Glad to see they had a good trip! I grew up involved in the youth group there at Highland a LOOONG time ago! Lol. Camp Ridgecrest was always my favorite! It’s good to see that they are still doing a wonderful job of outreach!
