Local Girl Is Regional Twirling Winner

Colbi Kendall of Flomaton recently brought home several trophies in a regional baton twirling competition in Wetumpka, Ala.
She placed first in open dance twirl, first in regional dance twirl, first in regional 1 baton, and second in regional 3 baton competitions. The regional event included twirlers from Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Louisiana and Arkansas.
Kendall’s instructor is Melissa Majors who conducts Century, Pace and Pensacola for her Santa Rosa and Escambia Twirlers.

Hi Colbi its Keiths friend in Texas Scott. Keith told me about all the trophies you have won and to check out this website. All I can say is AWESOME !!!!!!! You have a special gift. Look foward to you and ur family coming to Dallas, will have alot of fun.
ElizabethI first met the grandmother in Freds when Colbi was an infant. She heard me talk to her and call her Colbi. She told me she had a granddaughter named Colbi and she went on to tell me she had another one named Kendall. I then informed her that was her last name. We had a laugh and years later they twirled under the same instructor for a brief time. She now twirls for Melissa Majors.
I know two sisters who live nearby. The elder is named Kolbi and the younger is named Kendal. And they both are also twirlers. That is just a very strange coincidence.
Way to go Colbi, we had fun that day didn’t we… You girls are so awesome, and have come a long way. Raychell was happy with her trophies that she brought home as well. Seems like just yesterday that you girls were just getting started twirling those little batons, and gosh now we’ve had to buy tons of them as you girls grow and expand with your baton goals. You girls need to stick with it… Love ya girly…♥
