Having had personal experience with domestic violence and a murder amongst family members several things come to mind. Mostly that a lot had to have been going on for this to have escalated to the point of murder. Both families of the victim and the accused will suffer for years to come. There just is no acceptance when it comes to taking anothers life. Hopefully all the details will emerge and justice can be dealt with as the law pertains. God bless both families
I now Brian he’s a great guy from Michigan. His life has been hell . It’s to bad that it has ended this way. he will be missed, May you rest in peace.
not the murdering kind ? think again ,he did it and wasted his life
I went to high school with this guy and hung out with him alot back in the day (the 28yo.). He just is not the murdering kind. The mothers boyfriend must have had him really upset. Such a sad story for everyone
April 22, 2010, the mother was arrested for Battery (Wonder on who).
If you read it clearly says that both people lived with the victim so it clearly could not have been a break in.
There was no breakin, an young man is gone and his family is left with a terrible loss! The report of a heart attack is a pathetic attempt to cover up the murder! I hope the mother and son rot in prison!
this is sad, however, i doubt they were breaking in and then they victim had
a heard attack and so the perps called 911.
Sign me
Waiting to hear the details.
Oh and when ppl have horrible things happen in their families I find it
unbelieveable that the best they can do afterward is sit on the computer
and read this paper.
I know they do, but I still find it unbelieveable!
There’s nothing even remotely funny about this. This isn’t just another story for you people with nothing better to do on your lunch break to poke fun at.
People, if someone is in the act of commiting a crime (breaking and entering, battery etc) and someone innocent has a heart attack and dies, that is called culpable negligence. And that person can get charged for the death of another. Usually it’s manslaughter, and not murder, since there was no intent to kill. And there is nothing really funny about that either!
nice, you guys…but we’re talking about another person’s life here…if it were your family member, would you want people joking around about it?
Could be an episode for CSI
Stay Tuned
sooooo….. was it a ……MURDEROUS HEART ATTACK? after all i did hear on CNN that heart attacks are serial killers!!! . ( condolances to the decedents family)
oh wow, I am a little confused. was there a heart attack, murder, or both?
