Mrs. Lori Lynn “Smith” Simmons, 25, passed away on Monday, April 19, 2010 in Bradley, AL

Mrs. Simmons was a native of Century, FL, a former resident of Flomaton, AL and Andalusia, AL, and a resident of Wing, AL for the past year. She was a loving wife, and mother of two beautiful children and attended the Rock Creek Assembly of God Church.

Survivors include: her Husband, Brian Simmons of Wing, AL; her Son, Jaden Lee Simmons of Wing, AL; her Parents, Jacky and Cathy Smith of Flomaton, AL; Father-in-law and Mother-in-law, Mayhew and Mary Booker of Wing, AL; Grandparents, Jessie Mae Smith of Atmore, AL, and Melvin Findley of Century, FL; a Brother, Tommy Smith of Atmore, AL; a Sister, Mary Ann Smith of Atmore, AL; a Brother-in-law, Christopher Simmons of Wing, AL; a Sister-in-law, Jessica Booker of Wing, AL; a Cousin, Chris and Tasha Crapps of Flomaton, AL; and an Aunt, Brenda Jernigan of Century, FL.

Funeral services will be held Friday, April 23, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. John W. Pierce and the Rev. Jared Knowl officiating.

Burial will follow at Flomaton Cemetery.

Visitation will be held Thursday, April 22, 2010 between 6:00 and 9:00 P.M. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Steve Lucas, Tommy Smith, Matt Jernigan, Shawn Lucas, Chris Crapps, and Wesley Booker.

Honorary pallbearers will be Chad Booker and Jerry Ponders.
