Latashia, stop reading this board, all it does is make you more upset. Concentrate on your family and their feelings….don’t worry about what others say here, everyone who doesn’t have a job or hobby is on here posting their feelings (and they have the right too), but you shouldn’t be reading them, it bothers you to much. They are not children, they are grown men, they can defend themselves if needed.

Ya think drinking gives ya the right to go into our local stores & threaten “working” peoples lives? Or scare them half-to-death? & yes, if they had resisted, maybe they would have got what they really needed to begin with….. a good ole fashioned whooping.

Sometimes you do everything right and your child still turns out wrong. Sometimes you do everything wrong and your child turns out fantastically. Parents aren’t always “to blame” for the sins of their children. Shame on all those who insist that is true.

To the parents of these young men, you can do everything right raising your children and this is no fault to you. To all the people out there judging these young men, stop. Young people do stupid things sometimes. Pray for these men and somebody needs to go and witness the word of God to them. Tell them how much God loves them. How many of you people opened your self righteous mouths and witness to these three young men…how many times did YOU invited them to church? Well guess what? You too have failed your test with God!!! Pray for them and witness to someone today.

To the person who said they have never been in trouble before, look up their records, this is not their first second or third time around, you and your mother need to read their records, you have either been lied to or are wearing blinders. GROW UP

20, 21 & 23 years of age, i’m sure they have been taught better. Done think that they put much thought into this at all. If they had, better judgement may have been used as to the future. I’ll bet they are think more right now that they have in a while.
I really hate to see young people screw up their live to the magnitude these young men just have. Thats not even counting the hurt and heartache they just brought on parents.

Bill, waiting and watching for Jesus.

THESE KINDS NEED TREATMENT FOR ABUSE OF ALCOHOL/AN SUBSTANCES MOST LIKELY YOU CAN THROW THEM IN JAIL BUT THE ROOT OF THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE. I WOULD SAY PARENTS WRITE A LETTER TO THE JUDGE ASK FOR HELP THESE R NOT UR REAL KIDS. AN INPATIENT TREATMENT SOUNDS LIKE A START. I’M PROOF THAT YOU CAN HAVE BEEN AN ADDICT AND STILL REGAIN YOURSELF TO FUNCTION AS A NORMAL PERSON IN SOCIETY. I PRAY FOR THAT INNOCENT LIL BOY WHO SUFFERS FROM NOT HAVING HIS FATHER. SORRY LIL BUDDY, YOU HAVE A LOT OF LOVE. STOP INABLEING THEM TO STILL DO THE THINGS THEY DO U MAY NOT REALIZE IT BUT THINGS YOU DO EVEN SMALL THINGS ARE MAKING IT POSSIBLE FOR THESE GUYS TO DO WHAT THEY DO. DON,T LET THEM USE UR CAR OR MONEY. COLD SHOULDER…..TOUGH LOVE HURTS BUT WORKS.

“I wonder what drugs these idiots were taking to think they could get away with one, let alone three robberies?”

well,it says they were drinking didn’t it?

  13. Name withheld on March 2nd, 2010 5:51 am

To bad they didn’t resist?!How nice

  14. Name withheld on March 2nd, 2010 5:50 am

well, before u go off talking bout these three idiots, you should try to make since of it all, they were heavily intoxicated, what do you think they where doing?Hm I wonder? And these three ‘boys’ don’t think your seem to know how young they really are, they don’t understand how unsafe they are making the Cantonment and Pensacola area, and if you really care about the safety of things around here, you won’t want them to be arrested, and put away for a long time, but, for the young men to realize the mistake they have made, and to be let out in time to show us all that they have changed, and you/us as a community should pray for the families of the three boys,I know each one have siblings, and both mothers of the boys must be very upset, and, with you not knowing these boys or there families,I don’t think you should talk about how proud the parents are,a parent will always take pride in there child,I know they are dissapionted though, but,I am more than sure you would be too if it were your children.I don’t know about you all,but I am praying for them to be put in there for a ’short’ period of time about 15 years, and to get out early for good behavior, and I will be praying for the families of these three young men, for,I know the parents are very upset, and,I know Coon has four or five younger sisters who will be or are very upset, and will or are, missing there older brother dearly, and, maybe you should consider the little girls that will be crying for there brother, and, missing him for there birthdays, and other holidays, unless they are lucky to be able to visit on those days, wich they have sadly enough already had to deal with once, and he has not been out very long if you think about it.

  15. latashia watson on March 2nd, 2010 1:44 am

Well,Well,Well, to everyone who posted a slick comment on here, Just remember that everyone makes mistakes and you are not put on this earth to judge nobody. My brothers have never been in trouble before this and instead of criticizing them for thier behavior we should be praying for them. My mother is totally distraught and you should also think about that. Yes she read everything that everyone has wrote about her SON’s, put yourself in her shoes how would you feel if it was your brother,or child. Like I said everyone makes mistakes but hopefully you learn from them and find God in the process. Mom I love you and Josh and Jon I love yall too!!!

And, no, I am NOT proud! I am furious and heartbroken and dumbfounded and flabbergasted and in complete and total shock. I have not raised my children to be this way and I can’t believe this. I can only hope and pray that this is wrong.
Please keep our families in your prayers as well as those of the victims of these acts.
