Flood Warning For Escambia River

The Flood Warning continues for the Escambia River near Century from Monday morning until Wednesday evening.
Early Sunday, the stage was 16.4 feet. No flooding was occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
The flood stage is 17 feet. The Escambia River is forecast to rise above flood stage by Monday morning and continue to rise to near 17.2 feet by early Tuesday morning. The river will fall below flood stage by Wednesday early afternoon. At 17 feet, considerable flooding of lowlands will occur.

well u know if that big log jam was broken then the river might just not flood when u get a little rain. but its not broken so the river will keep flooding and cousing problems until something is done. just sayn.
