March 17, 2010
Fire units spent several hours on the scene of a fire that destroyed a house in the Pollard community in Escambia County, Alabama, on Tuesday.
The Friendship, Flomaton and Lambeth fire departments were dispatched to the fire about 6:30 Tuesday morning in the 1600 block of Old Highway 31 in Pollard. No one was home at the time of the fire and there were no injuries.

Yes Dinkey it is the old Congleton home. I’m sure glad Ms. Agnes isn’t alive to see what’s left of the little home she was so proud of.
