Deputies Investigating Late Night Stabbing Outside Century Bar

Escambia County Sheriff’s deputies are investigating an early morning stabbing that happened outside a Century bar.

stabbing.jpgA 27-year old white male was stabbed in the neck outside of Odom’s Bar in the 9500 block of North Century Boulevard about 2:20 a.m. Saturday. The victim was transported by ambulance to Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola. His condition was not available.

Deputies said there were no known witnesses to the incident and no suspects.

    Hope this guy that was stabbed at the bar is ok, hopefully they will figure out the cause of this action…

    Hey Beegee…you are right…he is a full grown man..just thinks like a boy dont you reckon….still should have been in the bed though…very few stabbins happen when your home in the bed…ASLEEP

    As a parent of a child hurt by a drunk drive I wish all these bars would be requidred to have a sheriff on the property at all times. Maybe it would prevent things like this from happening It also make keep the drunks from driving and hurting someone. Is a bouncer at a bar in charge of what goes on outside or just the inside? I understand that this bar has one.

    I thought Ron (owner of Odoms) had security cameras outside as well as inside. Can’t the authorities review the videos to see what happened to see who did what to who?

    Here we go again…reckon the boy should have been home in the bed at that time of the morning…I WAS…No witnesses…guess not everyone else was home in the bed too ! Hope the boy is OK…was not his fault was it ? Why certainly not. I am sure he will pay all the bills and wont go back there..and will be in church on Sunday AM
