Curfew In Flomaton: No One On The Streets After 6 p.m.

A curfew will be in effect beginning at 6:00 tonight in Flomaton.

According to the Flomaton Police Department, no one is to be on the roads in  Flomaton after 6:00 p.m unless it is official business.

“We realize that you would love to be out a sight see but you could be putting yourself and other rescue workers in jeopardy. Right now we do not know what shape all of the roads are in and what damage has been done due to the water,” Mary Hasting of the Flomaton Police Department said.

    Shocking as it may seem, most parents do know where their children . Just because some children are out doesn’t mean the parents don’t know where their children are. As a parent of a child in Flomaton I think that for someone to say this is foolish. The curfew should be set now so that the children want get hurt but, not becaue the children are just runnig freely on the street.. Think about things before you say them.

    Hip, Hip Hooray Mary Hastings,
    It’s too bad you can’t put a curfew out every night.
    It’s great to see these parents know where there children are…..it’s just to bad it takes a toll like this to see that they are where they are suppose to be every night.

    The folks and that are out tonight are the ones that should be out
