Roads, Inc. is allowed under their contract to close just one lane at a time during the project only during working hours.
The Molino Road project is being funding by Local Option Sales Tax funds.

i also drove down molino rd after their paving. i have tar from road spray on my car. it didnt come off in the sonys car wash. how do i get it off my car?
Today they were fixing a bad spot they made in the road and had that section down to one lane. Then down close to Hwy 29 they didn’t have anyone there or a lane closed off and now my truck is covered in oil / tar. Great use of their resources to cause damage to a personel vechile. At least now I know who to go after to get my truck cleaned or painted.
