Smoke ‘Tornado’ Photo: Wheat Field Burns

If you look carefully at the photo below, you can see three different smoke vortexes spinning like three tornadoes. Pictured below: The smoke from the fire was visible from several miles away. A few years ago, I watched 2 smoke tornados cross my road and go from the burning field into the woods. I was so fascinated, I just stood there watching them. I still wonder why the woods did not catch on fire. It was a neat experience. I had never heard of a smoke tornado before I saw that.
