I can’t believe scott would do this. Drugs will ruin your life, and everyone around you. This is a sad story. Scotts parents are so nice, I hate this.

I new both of these people Cheryl was one of the sweetest people you would ever meet. My heart goes out to her family for her untimely death. Now they have to go through years of pain with this case. Everything will be done to make Cheryl look bad, Which is a shame. Why the court systems allow the victim to be trashed I can’t ever figure out. Scott has had a problem for a few years and needed help long before now. But again our court system failed him too. If you get a traffic ticket and don’t pay because your broke you lose you license and sometimes go to jail. If you comment a real crime you get continunces for years get out on bail. Then commit more crimes. And don’t get me started on child custody law they are worse. Wehave been in one for 5 years. No one in the courts think of the child. The only one that wins are the lawyers and Judges that get paid to keep it in the court system. I agree with Cheryl’s father I hope he get life so he will have to live with what he did everyday. I also think someone else had to have helped him in someway. I hope they find out who. Someone had to pick him up after he left the car at the motel. I hope that person get caught also.

Has he admitted? Did he say why he did it? Will he go to court and say he was abused as a child and get off scott free??!!!!

First let me say , this man has not been proven guilty so I am not assuming that he is. It’s just that when I look at his picture, I see a normal looking 29 year old guy – not the boogie man. We all need to be so careful and make sure we talk to our children and make them aware not to put themselves in dangerous situations. My heart goes out to the families involved.

    DITTO!! Robt.
I don’t think an attorney with a grain of character exist. They are more concerned with the criminals rights and were the next payment for their Mercedes and beach house is coming from.

I can only pray this will bring some closure to her parents and other family memebers. May Cheryl now be able to rest in peace.

Now all we have to do is wait 25 years for our “CRIMINAL” justice system to drag this families agony on long past this young woman’s murder. Every attorney with a grain of character (good luck on that one) should fight for reform of their putrid industry. It is an embarrassment to the nation and as responsible for the prolonged pain victims and their families suffer as the actual crime itself..
