Man Arrested On Drug Charges After He Is Caught Checking Doors

A Cantonment man was arrested on narcotics charges after residents say he was trying doors in their neighborhood.
Christopher Emory Lutheran, 28, of Cantonment was found Wednesday in the area of Neal Road after residents called the sheriff’s department to report that a strange white male appeared to be trying to find open doors in the area of Neal Road and Ridgeway Drive.
Deputies located Lutheran in the area and found drugs on his person. He was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Lutheran was being held on $5,000 bond in the Escambia County Jail Thursday night.

I caught this guy looking through the window of my house and when i confronted him out side he offered to cut my grass for anything??!!?? His “dad” so he says was the guy painting my address on the curb out in front of my house. Woodbury cir. week and a half ago!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wow im glad they got him!!!!!!
OMG! My Aunt caught this guy trying to get in my Dad’s house last week! I am glad he is off of the streets, for a while anyway! Whew!
according to court records, this young man seems to stay in trouble w/the law…(long list of encounters w/the courts) he still has open court cases from january 09…now, his bond is $5,000.00 and hell be going before judge nobles in may…could be that he knows his destiny is prison and hes just getting prepared for some rough time behind prison bars (w/the tatoos)….is there still a proposed stimulus project on the horizon for tatoo removal????

Actually, I don’t think he was picked up regarding the Neal Rd. & Ridge Way incidents, though he was scamming (soliciting phone use and money on several different days) in our area also. He was picked up in a nearby neighborhood after someone called, from what we heard, but we also reported his being in our neighborhood.
Don’t open your doors at night to people with sob stories. Sad that it is not safe to be helpful anymore.
From what I have read online, the tear drop tattoos can mean anything nowadays: murders, death of a loved one, time in jail, etc. Some people get them just to look tough.
The marks on his face? Is that the “tear drop” tattoo that is supposed to identify how many people he killed??
