Lady Chiefs Drop Road Game

The Northview Lady Chiefs lost on the road Tuesday afternoon in high school softball action.
The Lady Chiefs were defeated by Washington High School in a close contest pitched by Miranda Burkett.
Washington won by the final score of 4-3.
The Lady Chiefs will take on Catholic in a district game Friday evening in Pensacola.

Do you happen to know what the Lady Chiefs district and overall record is?
Slight correction, we played Washington High School in Pensacola. and we lost 5-3. The Chiefs did play hard, but we just could not get the bats going enough to pull out a win. Washington only had 2 earned runs, so we must have done some things right. If we make few adjustments we should be able to handle them easily next time. The Chiefs have some very strong talent on this team, and they are blessed with the desire to win, they just need to maintain intensitity no matter how frustrating the game gets sometimes, trust your instincts, they will lead you where you want to be. Go Chiefs.
