December 18, 2008
The Bratt Elementary School PTA is accepting donations for the Whitehead family that lost everything in a weekend fire. The family did not have insurance.
Brannon Whitehead, a Bratt third grader; Bradley Whitehead, a Bratt first grader; Harrison Whitehead, a Northview student and NJROTC member, and their mother Teeyla Whitehead lost their mobile home in a Sunday morning fire. They were not injured.
Bratt Elementary’s PTA is accepting monetary donations to assist the family with their needs. Donations can be dropped off in the Bratt Elementary office by 8:00 Friday morning. Checks should be made payable to “Bratt PTA”.
If you have a child at Bratt, a check can be sent to the school with your child.

Now, here is a family you can help without feeling that you are being taken. It is sometimes difficult to know if you are actually helping someone or just feeding a habit. This is not the case in this situation. This family needs help. Lets give it.
